We are hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to design and operate APIs for our hiring platform.
You will own services that power job listings, applications, and adaptive assessments.
Strong Python, Django or FastAPI, Postgres, Redis, and AWS experience required.
You will work with product on reliability, observability, and performance.
Remote-first team across US time zones.
Build and maintain REST and internal APIs.
Improve database schemas and query performance. Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting. Collaborate on technical design and code reviews.
Participate in on-call rotation for production incidents.
