Transcription Software Engineer

Leo Technologies, in collaboration with hackajob, is looking for a talented Transcription Software Engineer to join their Platform Team remotely. This role plays a crucial part in extracting intelligence from audio in challenging settings. You will drive transcription quality improvements by experimenting with ASR models, integrating third-party services, and enhancing workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Design and implement innovative transcription solutions using ASR models and third-party tools to enhance platform capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experiment with various technologies to optimize transcription workflows and enhance accuracy
• Develop and deploy scalable systems to process audio data efficiently and accurately
• Implement quality assurance processes to ensure high transcription accuracy and reliability
• Lead initiatives to improve transcription quality, speed, and efficiency through innovative approaches
